All our jewelry is made from noble metals such as hypoallergenic brass or 925 sterling silver, as specified in the product details. Additionally, pieces feature gold or rhodium plating for extra shine and durability.
2. Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes, our earrings are made from hypoallergenic brass and coated with 18k gold, making them perfect for sensitive skin.
3. How much do the earrings weigh?
Our earrings weigh only 2.9g, making them ultra-light and very comfortable. They are ideal for women with sensitive earlobes or minor tears, as their design evenly distributes the weight. They also come with large backings for a secure fit.
4. How can I find the right size for my jewelry?
Each earring is 4 cm in diameter, the perfect size to add a stunning touch of luminosity to your face. As for the bracelets, they measure approximately 15 cm in width, offering a comfortable and stylish fit. All sizes are specified in the product details to help you choose the perfect piece!
5. How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in perfect condition:

Put on your jewelry last when dressing and remove it first when undressing.

6. How do I know if my purchase was successful?
You will receive an email confirmation with all order details. A second email will be sent once your order is shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us at maria@spadacollection.com.
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your jewelry, but if you need to make a return or exchange, you have 30 days from the date of receipt. Contact us at maria@spadacollection.com with your order details. For exchanges, simply place a new order.
Return Conditions:

The jewelry must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
8. How do I process a return or exchange?
To process a return or exchange, simply ship the item back via a postal service, preferably with tracking. We recommend using registered mail, as we cannot process returns for lost packages.
9. Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Please note, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, but don’t worry, Spada Studio will send you the new piece free of charge! We're here to make sure you love your jewelry.
10. What if I receive a defective item?
If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt at maria@spadacollection.com with photos of the product and its original packaging. If approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
11. Can I return a discounted item?
Items purchased with a discount are non-refundable. You may request an exchange or store credit for the same value.
12. Warranty
All our products come with a one-year warranty from the delivery date, covering material and craftsmanship defects. While normal wear and tear or accidental damage aren't covered, rest assured that we stand behind the quality of our designs!
13. Customs Fees
For our archi-lovers outside the EU, please note that additional taxes and duties may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, so make sure to check with your local customs to avoid any surprises. We want your new piece of jewelry to arrive as smoothly as possible!
14. Can I customize a piece of jewelry?
Absolutely! If you’ve got a specific stone in mind, or want a design inspired by a particular building or a unique finish, we’d love to bring your vision to life. Just get in touch with us to discuss pricing and lead times. Please note, customized pieces are non-refundable, but we’re sure you’ll adore your one-of-a-kind creation!
