Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We design every Spada piece to be worn and loved for years, and we want you to feel completely sure of your choice. If it isn't quite right, returning or exchanging it is straightforward.
Return window You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The piece must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start Email us at maria@spadacollection.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Exchanges To exchange a piece, return your original order and place a new one once the return is approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.
Damaged or incorrect orders Every piece is inspected before dispatch. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at maria@spadacollection.com as soon as possible and we'll make it right; repair, replacement, or refund.
Exceptions Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are created uniquely for you and cannot be returned. The same applies to sale items and gift cards.
Your rights This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
